Carl -you need some help - as you know Norris was an IPO - all the current patents belonged to Norris - the shareholders of Norris would not aliowed the patents to go to another entity without a fight - the name change to e.Digital was great - not very bright seems the some of you not EDIG management - IMO - SDR
