I posted this release around 2p today and for some reason it disappeared...vanished....anyway, PCTH made The Street.com as an after hours write up...my system shows last trade at 6.30p at 3 5/16...up about 1 5/16 from 4p close of 1 31/32...which was up 23/32 for day...

Pacific Aerospace & Electronics Produces World's
Smallest Discoidal Capacitor

WENATCHEE, Wash., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCTH - news) announces
today the development of the world's smallest multi-layer ceramic discoidal capacitor. The new device, which measures a mere
.050`` in diameter by .030' thick, was developed in the research laboratories of the Company's Filter Division and is available as
either a bare capacitor chip or in various alternate package configurations including:

-- Discoidal capacitor with center lead (30 AWG) installed with high
temperature solder
-- Solder-in eyelet style filter .070" diameter by .085" length
-- Screw-in bolt style .070" diameter by .085" length

Capacitance/voltage ratings are:

100 pF to 6000 pF at 50 volts DC
100 pF to 3500 pF at 100 volts DC
100 pF to 2000 pF at 200 volts DC

Discoidal capacitors are widely used for filtering electrical interference noise from sensitive electronic circuits. These
micro-miniature components have numerous applications in military and commercial satellites and flight hardware as well as in
implantable medical devices. The .050`` diameter discoidal capacitor is part of an ongoing program to develop ever smaller
components for medical implant devices. This component, due to its small size, is particularly important because it can be
incorporated into a variety of hermetic feedthru applications having stringent EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) filtering
requirements.

Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. is an international engineering and manufacturing company specializing in technically
demanding component designs and assemblies for global leaders in the aerospace, defense, electronics, medical, energy and
transportation industries. The Company is organized into three operational groups -- U.S. Aerospace, U.S. Electronics and
European Aerospace -- with European operations accounting for approximately half of its revenue. Pacific Aerospace &
Electronics is headquartered in Wenatchee, WA, and has approximately 1,100 employees worldwide.
