It still could be a dead cat bounce, but more important does it break through previous high, who knows, but NAZ does look strong for now.

Actually, I'd like a push through the previous high. Makes me think of the new high on April 26/27th after the high on April 13/14th. I went to 100% cash and bought QQQ and MSH puts. We're post earnings now, there's more evidence of a booming economy and full employment, an expectation of 2 more rate increases. I don't see an upside to Feb (except that I have CCs and short term cash, and the daffodils will be blooming here, and it's getting close to time to put my boat in the water so I can go salmon fishing).
