I agree with everything you said.

In the cc, DSTM made it extremely clear that they were keeping iProcure as a separate entity so it could be easily spun off, and that they were actively considering options for iProcure which would maximize shareholder value.

My guess is that we'll see some action on that front (IPO, or etc.) in 9-18 months, as iProcure builds momentum. I think mgt & Larry are smart enough not to sell out now--they have a potential rocket in their hands.
