Totally Hip bouncing back from problems

In a few weeks, Totally Hip will inform shareholders and the Mac community that
its financial situation improved in both the fourth quarter ending Sept. 30, and in
the first quarter of 2000 ending Dec 31.

The company has bounced back from a difficult situation with a mounting debt of
five cents a share loss and climbing back in May 1999, to a two cent per share
loss in the fourth quarter and then a further improvement to one cent per share loss
in the first quarter of this year.

Demand for the company's LiveStage Pro product also seems to be increasing.
Sources say that, in the last three weeks, Totally Hip has seen its LiveStage-Talk
list grow to about 20 percent of the traffic that the extremely popular Macromedia
Flash list serve receives on a daily basis.
