Awhile? The SEC has already responded to the first submission and an amendment was provided to the SEC last week (01/21/00) freeedgar.com We are talking days for a turnaround...and Auxer seems to be very motivated to be relisted ASAP Seems to me like the SEC is quite efficient on this one...
