All BB's must have filed finacials to become fully reporting, the SEC have given all BB's a deadline, based alphabetically, and PCBM will get an E to become PCBME on march 8, and will probably go to the pinks 30 days later. It seems to take 6 months for the filing process these days. otcbb.com
