Biowa, No, I didn't said that you or anyone else proclaimed victory in regards the CLTR patents. Only that one has to be very careful and evaluate all side, as you did. And thanks for that. Once, I was sure that NXTR will prevail in LIPO patents litigation, and was wrong. Lawyers have last word, otherwise how they will make muco $$$$? BTW, CLTR is reacting nicely on news. :) Miljenko
