I asked the guy that delivered if he had other stops (I ordered during the Super Bowl), and he said I was the only one. The distribution center was maybe a 15 minute drive from my house. I asked him if we should tip, he said he makes enough money as is. I don't have a clue about their model, but I would pay extra for that type of service, it was awesome. www.kozmo.com, currently in DC, San Fran, NY, Seattle and coming soon to Chicago and somewhere else. Rolling out to 30 cities by year end I think. Just got $28M late last year.
