App Server for Linux is huge news. Corba, EJB compliant n-tier architecture combined with linux will allow web sites to be built cheaply that scale to millions of users. This is really encroaching on BEAS territory. Go to BEAS site and look at difficulties schwab had in implementing their brokerage system. BEAS offered the best solution at the time, but for the post-modern world of the internet, Linux rules and INPR is first out of the gate with a modern web server. BTW, did you know oracle 8i is built around the CORBA bus with INPR tools on front? They have a $100 Billion plus market cap.
