Hey, I wasn't kidding about what I posted -- don't let the bank yank you around. I'll get the links to the actual code for ya -- the code has only one purpose to protect you from unreasonable delay in access to your funds. Seriously, these guys have misled you about what the law says ... there is no such requirement.
