Also, there was no reduction in the amount of protein stored over a 6-month period, indicating that retention of proteins in the ER is a stable phenotype. We also do not detect activation of the ER stress-sensing kinase PERK. PB (who is not telling how much he got for his MEDX shares bought at 4. no -g-)
