there are many options now for ETrade Cybercorp is gone. Tradescape talks seem to have gone awry, they probably asked for an insane amount after learning what Schwab paid for Cybrcrp a better deal in my opinion now would be OMEGA RESEARCH (Nasdaq: OMGA)(http://www.omegaresearch.com), super software, maybe even better than Cybercorp... and the company is cheap... or AB Watley or expand the current deal with Bridge (ThePulse) and adopt their institutional order entry system, this would be the cheaper way to go, and probably the best or even develop the software themselves, it's not THAT hard, it's all really about having a good fast precise order entry system so one can take advantage of the level II quotes
