Paul, ArchivalCD, Inc. (AHCD) is a "spinoff" from CVIA, meaning that shareholders of CVIA received shares of AHCD as a dividend at a ratio of one share of ACHD for every seven shares of CVIA owned. For more information about ArchivalCD go to this site: ragingbull.com According to the CEO, they should be trading very soon after the SEC clears the final paperwork. As for your preferred, they have not been assigned a symbol yet (CVIAP?). Keith Anderson (CEO of CVIA) has mentioned that they should be ready for trading some time in March. Hope that helps, -Ken-
