William: If you're still around!!!! JWG sent me a letter notifying me they are seeking to purchase 1.1 million of their own shares via tender offer at 30.00 per share. The stock is at around 25. While the letter did not indicate they were obligated to buy the shares, what's up with this?? Regards, Greg
