"what is the price these days?" It varies, depending on level of service and whether you are monthly or yearly and so on. Delayed quotes used to be free, now they cost 20 bucks a month or so, I'm not sure. They also now have Level II available. Prices depend on how many exchanges, which options, etc. I can't give you an exact figure off the top of my head, but I'm paying about $70./month. I regularly hear of people trying to trade and follow the market closely with the free, on-demand RTQ. That's nuts. Streaming RTQ, for a whole spreadsheet-like screen of stocks, is a minimum requirement for me.
Best,
Papillon
