That looks like a useful link. I read over the copying drives part. That's how I used to do it but I was always missing those hidden files and never used to get the boot files right. I will continue to work at it. It was always easy to just slave a new drive.

I've got my new system up and running, I'm working on cleaning out all the garbage and unwanted stuff I copied from my old drives...this could take awhile.

I ran into a problem when trying to add my 2nd video card. My AGP Voodoo3 is my primary card. I tried to add a Matrox mystic card as my pci card....but the system says I can't use that card. I haven't figured out yet if it's the Matrox card or all cards when the voodoo is concerned? I'll try another card this weekend. Is anyone using multiple vid cards w/ the Voodoo3?
