Inc. (OTCBB:DRYD) announced today that it has scheduled a closing date
of February 4, 2000 for its acquisition of Vista Photographic and
Video.
The Company plans to introduce its operating plans during a live
web-cast session upon the subsequent closing of its acquisition of e
resources, inc., planned to take place by the end of February 2000.
Expectations are to have a definitive Agreement signed with e resources
in the mid-February.
