Spy--interesting that you mention Omega research as a better candidate for acquisition than Tradescape. E*Trade, I believe, already has alliances with Omega, and I know that Cotsakos sits on their board of directors; I know this is true because I once owned some of Omega's stock back when I was kicking my own ass as a daytrader... :-)
