But remember some assets came off the books also with the ME sale. So Book Value may not go up as much as the Cash Equivalents.

An interesting comparison to calculate would be the ratio of ME unit sale proceeds ($270 Million now) to the value of those assets that come off the books. (Unknown until current quarter ends).

Those results could shed some light on what PAIR is really worth to any interested buyer.
