ED Relm has news out and they refer to Simmonds. However someone on a RB or Yahoo board questioned whether it was the same Simmonds. I assume it is as this is their specialty - the technology. Details of the arrangement still are sketchy - It looks like Simmonds is acting as consultants ( assumption is they have taken a position and will take payment for services in shares)
