The obvious thing that you have to wonder about this company is whether the way they report revenues will stand up under an audit. So far they have only reported unaudited numbers and booking the whole airline ticket price as revenue does not seem to be the way it is generally reported.
The other thing that stands out when you read their financial reports is their relationship with the Webhouse Club. They do not consolidate the results of the Webhouse Club operations with their other results. So no matter how much money Webhouse Club loses, it does not show up on their financials. All that shows up is the royalty payment. This is how they are able to improve their margins, but hide the losses. It just doesn't pass the smell test.
