OT: Moab, no altho I'd like to because of Abbey's wonderful book.

Did spend some time this summer in Bluff, Mexican Hat; did you ever see the San Juan meander? Muley's Point? Looked at various 'national parks' and was deeply moved by Mesa Verde but hate standing there when truckloads of tourists come out and snap pictures instead of actually experiencing what they're seeing

Would go back to Bluff area, but only to visit--can't imagine living there
