MCLL and AT&T are clearly doing a smart thing to make the best of what has been a horrible situation for all concerned as well as the whole industry. But this doesn't mean the stock should have more than quintupled from 2. This company may improve itself, but look at the wreckage in the paging industry...everybody is losing a ton of money and are as leveraged to the hilt as MCLL. The #1 player in the industry, PAGE, is being forced into a merger with Arch Communications in which the shareholder is likely to get peanuts as reflected in its 1 7/8 price.

A helpful observation: Looking at history, you can bank on this. If three investors totaling 30% of MCLL's stock have just paid $2.19/share, you can be sure they know a lot more about its value than the sheep buying it and that there is no chance of the stock remaining anywhere near yesterday's close, let alone double digits. Stay tuned, this won't take much patience for a sub 5 handle.
