I was in touch with an insider, who now is an outsider, and it is fairly common knowledge within INPR that at least one offer, and quite possibly more, were refused by the BOD. (This was prior to the 100MM MSFT present)

I don't question their desire to 'go at it alone' I question their execution. Too many opportunities have been missed for easy PR. In two weeks MSFT is going to officially roll out 2000, how much good press and PR will MSFT get ??? How badly do you think INPR will drift lower in the shadow of MSFT/2000 ????

I don't see any silver lining of the cloud hanging over INPR. We will have to wait for the next two quarters for the 'show me the money'.

IMO

Till then I'm still holding.
