The value of the company may depend on what happens to INEL debt with these sales. If it is 70-90 million, and debt is assumed, that is one thing. If it is 70-90 million for some assets and INEL has to pay debt out of proceeds, that is something else. Also, the selling pressure on XLCT, if INEL holdings were to be distributed, would probably be more than the stock could bear for quite some time - so using the current price of XLCT in some value computation is not a reasonable short term assumption.
