If you check it out you'll see that on a daily basis we've been forming a very good looking cup formation since march of 99. On a weekly chart we've been forming a double bottom since Apr. of 98. The only thing that I'd like to see is a bit more volume. If we go above 13 intraday and close above 11 we may be on the way.

Please, what are your thoughts.
