Good Question. I'd like to see Bob ( or anyone else ) come in here and verify this or shoot it down, but it is my understanding( perhaps wrong) that the typical move for the XAU is three times the percentage rise in the POG. I can't remember where I've read this at the moment, but I've read this a few times over the Years.
