Excellent post Jay. I am a user of Dialogic technology, and I do know that they are hot. There really is no competition in CT. I don't want to see a buy out, and I am sure that holders of DLGC who can sit tight, will see a good long-term payoff. What would it benefit for a Lucent to come in and buy DLGC. All of DLGC leadership would cash out and leave (mgmnt and tech leaders). The period of chaos would allow others to catch up.
