RCJIII, I talked to the TTXI principal today and he indicated... they are in talks with various parties involved in Internet and Telecommunications and that they expect a deal by Summer at the latest... I think it could be sooner, as good, clean shells are getting rarer.... JMHO, F. Goelo + + +
