But then we have the statement of Rebecca Jo Del Medico that he had no association with the company. Now we find him negotiating for the company and apparently living with Rhonda the whole time.

On the face of it, I would guess that someone from CSHK was lying a couple of years ago, to shield Tony's involvement and maybe thereby segregate his reported felony behaviour from casting a dark shadow on stock promotional activities.
