Ok Bruce, now what's the holdup with filing? Your auditors had you on their schedule weeks ago now. These kinds of delays are losing you credibility every day.

BTW are you the same Bruce Caldwell that was selling 24,000 shares of Waverider Communications (WAVC) last August in their IPO?
