I talked to the company yesterday. They have had several meetings with the people at the venture exchange. Things look hopeful that the company will be renamed Central Coast Minerals, and that trading might resume before the end of March. In the meantime, some additional geological work has progressed on the San Jose de Gracia property, using a new consultant. If trading resumes, it will be after a debt/equity swap, followed by a 25-1 stock consolidation, reducing the float to about 4,000,000 shares. The upside will be approximately $1,000,000 in the bank, to restart serious exploration and drilling. Hope springs eternal....
