But he has the ability to negotiate on behalf of CSHK - at no compensation? He is some kind of philanthropist? Given the reports of his record, the fact that he is taking an active role in managing the affairs of the company is quite relevant. If he comes to that role by virtue of his living with the CEO, (shall we ask if that is nominal CEO now if he is really calling the shots?), and that role has been ongoing and yet denied, then there is a real problem that has been created by Rebecca and Rhonda, by issuing statements possibly intended to mislead. You sure are defensive of Rhonda and CSHK. Just what nerve has been activated on this issue? Wouldn't you be concerned that you might have been misled? That your loss was avoidable if the company had been forthcoming with these facts and relationships?
