Check todays SEC filing. It concerns a shareholder meeting on March 15, 2000; approval of new accountants; and, most interestingly, increasing authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 600,000,000 and giving the directors permission to effect a reverse 10-1 split, among other things--oh, and yesterday a request to report late was filed.
