Dave, how do you think it will affect TRKN now that they are no longer elgible for listing on NASDAQ? To remain listed, they need net tangible assets of $1m, and TRKN is now negative. Will they seek an infusion of capital in order to stay listed? Will they go to the pink sheets? Or will they be forced into the hands of one of the more financially secure equipment vendors? The delisting process should begin within the next couple weeks, so things could start happening pretty soon. Myself, I think a merger with NVLS would be ideal. Combine the technology of TRKN with the quality management of NVLS, and you have alot of potential. NVLS could benefit from the PMAT etch tools, and they are also interested in intermetal dielectrics. Carl
