OT -- Hi, Papillon - I had what might have been a somewhat similar experience yesterday. Somehow my password expired and I was unable to log in all day long. I kept sending e-mails to memberadmin @ SI, along with my name, phone number with requests to call me ASAP, but kept getting back an e-mail form letter explaining how to change the password, etc. But whenever I tried to change it, I got error messages like "There is a problem resetting the password" and "Check your e-mail for a link. . . " But no link was ever sent to me. It was very frustrating. . . I just wanted to get ahold of a live body to explain what was going on and try to get it resolved. Can't believe there isn't an 800 number on the home page (at least I didn't see one) for problems like this. I was gonna write SI today requesting cancellation of my membership but, thank goodness, for some unknown reason I was able to change my password and log in this morning with no problem. Ain't technology grand??!! Anyway, glad to be back.
