I just saw this myself over at the CPQ Club and came over to share it--but see you have already posted it. Amazing how this "rumor" seems to be building steam. If it is _not_ a total hot-air rumor, I sure hope that CNBC coverage of people's acceptable prices for CPQ aren't used as leverage in negotiations--HWP might have been willing to pay a LOT more before they saw what some highly sophisticated CPQ shareholders were willing to accept. From now on, let's keep our acceptable prices HIGH. Me? I think 117 3/4 is a fair price for HWP to pay. That works out to a 1:1 for us. Oh, HWP closed at 117 3/4 today. Lynn
