The lawsuit was not significant, just another bump in the road. There may still be an appeal. These kind of disputes are a dime a dozen in high tech / bio, keeps lawyers happy. The news that a large US house like Merrill is now covering this company with a "buy" rating is much more important, IMHO. The bottom line is World Heart has a unique product that will be in huge demand once available. Pardon the pun, but when the time comes they will not be able to pump enough of the units out to meet the demand.
