Cow, I'm no whiz on computers, but when AOL 5.0 locked me out of other ISP's, I just opened Control Panel in Win95 and uninstalled the program. Then turned around and loaded AOL 4.0 from the many discs I have laying around. Reformatting is quite a bit more involved than that. Hope this helps others. TFOX
