Last time I looked, PRIA's revenues came primarily from INTERbay Automation, Reticle Management and Fab Management software.

NOT from INTRAbay automation. This seems to be more of an issue for ASYT. I could see Paul Whalen developing a technology; and when it comes time to move it into production, being integrated into PRIA similar to the move that ASYT made with PAT.
