Very interesting news: biz.yahoo.com A BMC Software spokesman declined comment on a rumor that the Houston-based business computer software maker was in takeover talks with International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM - news). ``It is the company's policy to never comment on rumors,' said BMC spokesman Dan D'Armond in response to an inquiry.
