The drilling will get done this time around and there will be a lot of interested parties waiting for the results thanks to Wyoming. My guess is as soon as the weather improves and the ground dries up. We are also at the point where its time to count the days before the Energy Department makes its awards. The technicals still look good.
The above is just my opinion.
