Dealer: Go to Waffle House, order some potatoes scattered, smothered and covered (make sure to ask for them to be crispy) and see how wonderfully greasy and delicious they are. They really are good with ketchup. Of course, I am a native New Yorker, now living in Atlanta, so what do I know? Well, I know I have never learned to enjoy grits.
