MeD-- I agree it is done and a dead issue. I disagree with any thought that an intelligent mgmt team could not have done better with an IPO. It IS DONE and if, as you say, it was the right thing to do then it is only because they did not have the time or competent mgmt to do it correctly,,, time to end the bantering on one of CPQs biggest mistakes...
