What's more of a concern than the lawsuit is the fact we haven't had any official notification of the commencement of the calf trials. Doing the math on it, I believe there's not a hope that they will stay on schedule for the first human implant in 2Q. If this is true, it is the second delay for World Heart (the first being the battery problem). I am wondering how shareholders will react to that news...
