If you are driving stop by Islamorada at Holiday Isles. Very relaxing resort area. Has two or three of everything. Nice boating area, fun bands, bars, A great place to relax. About 1 1/2 to 2 hours south on A1A. If you are going all the way down to Key West find Duval St. and follow the crowd. I have stayed at Ocean Key House and the Pier House Resort. In season prices were 125 to 375 for a 2 bed room suite. A few years ago. Ocean Key House Phone 1800-328-9815. Over looks Mallory Square where everyone goes to watch the sunset. Key West about 4 hours from Miami. Holiday Isles is about 1/2 way good night stopover on the way down. weekends always the best in the keys.
