Youlu, I was glad to see Amkor retire some of the debt they were burdened with. Interest payments in the 10Q were very high! No that I like dilution, but with business looking strong and higher visibility for the stock we should be able to absorb any sale of the shares fairly well. Do you know if there were any restrictions on the sale of the 12M? The other thing I'm wondering is, how is Amkor going to fund the Anam factories? Is there going to be more debt on the books or are they planning issue shares for that too? Do you have any insight? Pete
