My recollection on Mattell when the subject first came up on this thread which I think was a year ago or so it seems, that there was a wall street journal about the CEO, and channel stuffing. I subsequently surfaced that there were problems with the learning company acquisition. It would seem to me very difficult to put a value on mattel until you can figure out the channel stuffing and what went wrong with the learning company and is it worth anything at all? Did the reports you got address these issues?
