Is this a stock you want to P&D or an example of someone else's P&D, or a parody? It's another Vancouver Pender St company, and I think he's the real deal. From the SEC filing... the Company has minimal capital resources available and has incurred substantial losses to June 30, 1999. The Company must obtain additional financing to meet its cash flow requirements. These matters raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Can you spell D-I-L-U-T-I-O-N?
